Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Karachi.

  • Standard delivery: Rs. 200
  • Free delivery on orders Rs. 1000 and above
  • Special areas (Gulshan-e-Hadeed & Bahria Town): Rs. 300

Delivery Time

  • Order before 12 PM → Same day delivery
  • Order after 12 PM → Next day delivery
  • Delivery hours: 12 PM to 8 PM
  • We deliver Monday to Sunday
  • We call you 30 minutes before delivery (if required)

Track Your Order

We send updates via:

  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Email

You get updates when:

  • Order confirmed
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

If You're Not Home

  • We call and wait 5 minutes
  • If you miss our call, the order gets cancelled
  • Delivery fee is not refunded

Wrong Address

You must pay for re-delivery if the address is wrong.

Bulk Orders

  • Bulk = 50 items or more
  • Same delivery terms apply

Check Your Order

Check your order when it arrives. Look for:

  • Sealed packaging
  • Correct items
  • No damage
  • Shelf life dates

Report issues within 3 hours

Returns & Refunds

You can return if:

  • Product damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Quality issue
  • Freshness concern

You cannot return if:

  • Product opened or consumed
  • You accepted after inspection

We pick up returns within 2 days.

Refund Timeline

  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5 days
  • Online payment: Card refund within 5 days
  • Bank transfer: Account refund within 3 days
  • JazzCash/Easypaisa: Refund within 3 days

For COD returns, share your bank account details.

Damaged Products

If the product arrives damaged:

  • Take photos
  • Do not accept the order

We replace or refund immediately

Wrong Order

We arrange pickup for the incorrect items and deliver the correct items within 1-2 days.

Missing items?

Contact us within 3 hours of receiving the parcel. We deliver missing items free.

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 3 hours of placing order: Full refund
  • After 3 hours: No cancellation

Refund takes 5 business days.

We cancel if:

  • Product unavailable
  • Outside delivery area
  • Payment issues

You get a full refund plus a discount for your next order.

Freshness Promise

Products have a minimum 20 days shelf life.

Less than expected? We replace or refund.

  • All items are perishable
  • No returns after 48 hours
  • We provide storage instructions. Follow them for freshness
  • Ingredient lists on every product page. Check before ordering if you have allergies
  • Weather delays are possible during emergencies. We will notify you immediately
