Ordering Process

Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons including but not limited to:

- Pricing errors
- Delivery address outside service area
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Past payment issues or disputes
Order Modification and Cancellation
By Customer:
- You may cancel orders within 3 hours of placement
- After 3 hours, orders enter the baking cycle and cannot be cancelled
- Contact customer service immediately for cancellations
- Refunds for cancelled orders processed within 5 business days
By D'light:
- We may cancel orders for reasons listed under "Order Acceptance"
- You will be notified immediately of any cancellation
- Full refund issued for cancelled orders
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Cards (through secure payment gateway)
- Bank Transfer
- Jazz Cash / Easypaisa
Payment Processing
For Prepaid Orders:
- Payment must be completed at time of ordering
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
- Payment gateways charge transaction fees (if applicable)
For Cash on Delivery:
- Payment due upon delivery
- Please keep exact change when possible
- Delivery person cannot process card payments
Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- Order will not be processed
- You will be notified of payment failure
- You may retry payment or choose different payment method
- Orders are not held pending payment resolution
Pricing Errors
In case of pricing errors:
- We will notify you before processing the order
- You may choose to complete purchase at correct price
- Or cancel the order for full refund
- We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on:

- Distance from our facility

Free delivery available on orders above Rs. 1000 to selected areas.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time: 1-2 business days from order confirmation
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Process
Upon delivery:
- Delivery person will contact you by phone
- Verify order details before accepting delivery
- Inspect products for visible damage
- Sign delivery receipt or provide OTP verification
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Cannot contact customer
We will attempt delivery 1 times. After failed attempts:
- Order may be returned to facility
- Customer responsible for re-delivery charges
- Or order may be cancelled with restocking fee deducted
Delivery of Fresh Products
As our products are freshly baked and perishable:
- They must be accepted on the first successful delivery attempt
- We cannot hold products for delayed delivery
- Products cannot be returned after successful delivery for freshness reasons
- Quality is guaranteed only if products are accepted on time

- Delivered within 24-48 hours of baking
- Made with quality ingredients
- Prepared under hygienic conditions
- PSQCA certified
Shelf Life
Product shelf life from delivery date:
- Cakes: 20-25 days
- Cake Rusk: 60 days
- Cookies: 90 days
Shelf life valid only when products stored per instructions.
No Preservatives
Our products do not contain artificial preservatives. Freshness depends on:
- Proper storage (as instructed on packaging)
- Timely consumption
- Maintaining product integrity
