How your order gets to you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan.

  • In Karachi, standard delivery: Rs. 300
  • In Karachi, Gulshan-e-Hadeed and Bahria Town: Rs. 450
  • Other cities: one fee per city, shown at checkout.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it arrives

  • Standard delivery: 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
  • Instant delivery (Karachi): 2 to 3 hours after your payment is confirmed. We send it by Bykea, InDrive or Yango, and you pay the ride fare to the rider.
  • Delivery hours are 12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • We don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Our rider will call you before arriving.

Instant delivery

In Karachi you can also choose instant delivery at checkout. We send your order by Bykea, InDrive or Yango and you pay the ride fare directly to the rider.

Order updates

  • Order confirmed: we send you an email and a WhatsApp message.
  • Out for delivery and delivered: we update you on WhatsApp.

Please make sure the phone number you give us is on WhatsApp.

If you're not home

  • Our rider will call you on arrival and wait up to 5 minutes.
  • If we can't reach you, we'll take the order back and contact you to arrange another delivery.
  • If you missed the delivery or the address was wrong, the next delivery is charged again.
